- CAPTEK: is a palladium/platinum/ GOLD matrix providing a rich gold color that radiates throughout the retoration.
- Porcelain Fused to Metal: is our 60% palladium 27% silver with trace elements to fill the remainder.
- Porcelain Fused to Gold: is a 52% Gold with 27% Palladium and 12 % Silver and trace element to fill.
- Porcelain Fused to Yellow Ceramic: is 86% Gold 10.5%Platinum with the remaining elements trace.
- Porcelain Fused to Noble: is the 75/6/6 as recommended for Implants but is available for other restorations as well.
- Porcelain to Non Precious: is a Nickel Beryllium alloy with excellent etch characteristics for Maryland bridges.
- d Sign Porcelain may be fired to all these alloys plus our 55% Palladium 34% Silver with 6% Indium, which is cost effective and maintains the high tensile strength needed in long span bridgework.
- Argenco Y Plus is our economy full gold crown product with a nice yellow color but a lower specific gravity.
- Argenco WR Plus is also a economy alloy in white used for full cast crowns or implant abutments on gold bases.
All our castings
are made in our BEGO Nautilus MP casting machine, which is the state
of the art in metal fabrication. It uses forced air to create a vacuum
that renders the densest castings, with no variation caused by torch
or temperature.
